These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules governing your use of the VELMONT CLUB website and services. By visiting or purchasing from VELMONT CLUB ("Velmont Club", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement (together, the "Agreement").

Velmont Club offers physical products through its sourcing and fulfillment network. Based on stock availability and logistics, orders may be dispatched from the United States or from international fulfillment partners.

Electronic Consent

By completing an order, you agree to the use of electronic agreements, records, and signatures. Your actions form a legally binding agreement in accordance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

Order Acceptance

We may accept or reject any order, restrict purchase quantities, or cancel an order when fraud, abuse, pricing or processing errors, or inventory limitations are suspected or identified.

Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is delivered to the address entered at checkout. Delays caused by carriers, customs reviews, or border processing are outside our direct control and, by themselves, do not automatically qualify for a refund; however, our support team will assist in locating delayed shipments.

Customer Obligations

You are responsible for providing correct shipping and billing details and for following our applicable policies. Repeated or clearly demonstrated misuse of our return or refund procedures may lead to refusal of future service.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without applying conflict-of-law rules, and remains subject to the Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement referenced above.
