Refund policy
At Velmont Club, we stand behind the products we offer and want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, contact our support team and we will work with you toward an appropriate solution.
1. Return Window
A return or refund may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items should be unused, remain in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at support@usvelmontclub.com and include your order number along with a short explanation of the issue. We will respond with return authorization details and straightforward return instructions.

- We confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions;
- You return the item by following the instructions provided;
- After the item is received and inspected, we process the applicable refund.
3. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original form of payment. Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is generally processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost and provide either a full refund or a replacement. For returns made because you changed your mind, original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Shipping times may vary due to carrier operations or customs processing. If your package is delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, email support@usvelmontclub.com and we will assist with tracking, replacement, or refund options under this policy.
5. Your Payment Rights
Reaching out to us first is usually the quickest way to resolve a concern, but it is not required. You retain all rights provided by your cardholder agreement and applicable law, including the right to contact your bank or card issuer regarding a transaction at any time.
